Trading & distribution

Trading, that is the efficient distribution of energy around the world, is at the core of our business. Every day we trade over 7 million barrels of crude oil and products, buying from producers and delivering to refiners, wholesalers and distributors worldwide.

Production

ANKAVTRANS-OIL LLP has a focused and growing presence in oil and gas production. Our total output of approximately 70,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd) is concentrated across two core geographic regions: West Africa and the United States.

Refining

ANKAVTRANS-OIL LLP is invested in over 550,000 barrels per day of refining capacity across Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. This diversified footprint provides us with a comprehensive understanding of the short- and medium-term challenges facing refiners, from sourcing optimal feedstock to navigating the energy transition.

Storing and blending

We own over 17 million cubic meters of storage capacity, which, together with significant leased capacity, enables us to store and blend bespoke combinations to deliver optimal feedstock and products. This flexibility allows us to respond effectively to an ever-changing market.

Shipping

Our shipping expertise is integral to our trading business, enabling us to move energy safely and efficiently around the world. Through our subsidiary, ANKAVTRANS-OIL LLP International Shipping, we control and operate a fleet of vessels that operate globally, providing reliable and flexible logistics support across our trading activities.

Downstream

We are invested in downstream and distribution assets with circa 7,500 retail sites globally, as well as the associated infrastructure. We also supply jet fuel into wing at circa 150 airports worldwide.
